Experience
In August 2018 finally I've decided to change my professional career path, in order to develop and perform my creative skills. So for almost 2 years I have been dedicating myself to carrying out independent Design projects, taking jobs that expands my design experiences, (After quiting Cisco Systems I take the opportunity to take an informal job for 3 months as a Designer at NimbusCrea (advertising agency at Guadalajara, Mexico) in order to update myself and continue to have experience in the design area.
July 2020, I decided to start on my own the company "Caracolito", it consist in the design, confection and online sale of clothes for babies and toddlers. With a sustainable touch since 90% of the fabrics are acquired from imported scraps from large international companies that we currently consume.
Achieving as a social results of:
- Lowering consumption of Fast-fashion.
- Enviroment improvements.
- Avoiding labor exploitation.
- Offering the customer a more durable clothes for the same or lower price.
-By buying local, the customer contributes to the country's economy and supports independent producers.

Manage the fulfillment operation of four key Business Units. By coordinating the negotiation with our two contract manufacturers teams, we ensured to achieve the Build Plan Revenue of $450 million dlls quaterly.
Accountable of several delivery metrics, (E.g.On time shipment and Delivery, Lead time, customer satisfaction) achieving the requirement goal of 90% in 3 consecutives quarters.
Leadcross -functional teams (Asia, Europe and America) by proposing initiatives of new process improvements; We success fully reduce the lead time delivery of two of our main products from 21 days to 14 days, this initiative increase the experience and satisfaction of our customers.
We were able to drive successfully the PCBA transfer from Penang to Guadalajara, increasing sales from $156 M to $260 M to the quarter.

Implemented a sustainable cost reduction packaging project which resulted in savings of $80K US quaterly.
Redesigned packaging for 20 existing products and designed packaged for 12 products.
Managed price quotes for 8 products, reviewing and developing new suppliers in order to obtain a better production cost.
Assigned to work and offer our service support to the customer in cost reduction projects.

Production Planner

Improved the production and distribution process by reducing the Past Due Metric to 0% and increasing the On time Delivery Metric by 98%.
We reduce a 40% the labor cost by analyzing the production specifications and capacity model data; improving the manufacturing process tool and human resources .
Facilitated the communication between San José California headquarters, customers and our regional department, improving together the planing process for the main products.
